This privately owned company requires a Financial Controller to supervise a team of 3 staff and take responsibility for the complete accounting function. Due to a period of change, you will be required to manage staff through new systems, assist with expansion plans and review all current work practices and make changes where appropriate. Reporting to the joint owners of the company you will be given a large degree of autonomy within your role, and be expected to identify areas of inefficiency and flatten the reporting structure. This is an excellent role for a commercially aware, qualified accountant, with previous staff supervision experience looking to work within a rapidly changing and exciting environment. Based in a stunning location near Gatwick, you will require a car. This role is immediately available, with interviews taking place early next week.
